Early in the summer of 2015 my wife and I decided to put our house in Saint-Laurent up for sale as we had decided to move to the USA.
When looking for a real estate agent it was easy to call on Patricia Benezra because of all the Vendu signs on her a Vendre posters.

We met with her at our home and after a few minutes of chatting she got to the most important issue which was the price.
She explained calmly and clearly advised us at what price we should list our home.
After less than a month and with Patricia suggesting we pass on low-ball offers she was instrumental in having us hold firm and we got more than we were prepared to accept for our home.
After the deal was made she took over and made the sale go through in spite of the other participants who were not nearly as professional and effective as she was on getting the job done.

Looking back we certainly had made the best choice in working with Patricia and got the most money possible for our home (because we listened to her) and she made the process smooth and painless.
